DESCRIPTION:Deutsch\nGemeinsam mit der Refugee Law Clinic Berlin bieten wir eine kostenlose und vertrauliche Online-Rechtsberatung für LSBTIQ* mit Flucht- oder Migrationsgeschichte an. Es werden keine Informationen an Behörden weitergegeben. Die Gespräche finden über Jitsi statt und richten sich an queere Menschen\, die sich bereits im Asylverfahren befinden oder einen Asylantrag stellen möchten. \nUnsere ehrenamtlichen Berater*innen unterstützen u. a. bei: \n\n\nallgemeinen Fragen zum Asylverfahren \n\n\nder Einschätzung der individuellen Situation \n\n\nder Vorbereitung auf die Anhörung beim BAMF \n\n\nBei Bedarf können Sprachmittler*innen dazugeholt werden – bitte bei der Anmeldung angeben. \nHinweis: Besonders bei Anhörungen ist eine frühzeitige Anmeldung sinnvoll. \nWichtig: Das Angebot richtet sich ausschließlich an LSBTIQ*\, die im Asylverfahren sind oder einen Asylantrag stellen möchten. No information will be shared with authorities. The consultations take place via Jitsi and are intended for queer individuals who are currently in the asylum process or planning to apply for asylum. \nOur volunteer legal advisors offer support with: \n\n\ngeneral questions about the asylum procedure \n\n\nassessment of the individual situation \n\n\npreparation for the interview at the BAMF (Federal Office for Migration and Refugees) \n\n\nInterpreters can be arranged if needed. \nNote: Early registration is especially important for interview preparation. \nImportant: This service is exclusively for LGBTQIA+ individuals who are in the asylum process or planning to apply.
